Hello September!
As we prepare for Fall, it’s looking like it’s going to be an exciting yet, busy one! I’m still attending trainings and working on programming in all areas of FCS. This month, I have the opportunity to attend the National Family and Consumer Sciences Annual Meeting in Tucson, Arizona! I’m looking forward to this professional development opportunity! September will also kickoff a Laugh & Learn playdate program that targets school readiness objectives. The Fleming County High School FCS teacher and students will be partnering on this program! I thoroughly enjoy my monthly senior citizens nutrition lessons and Cooking Through the Calendar classes! September Cooking Through the Calendar recipe is Ramen Skillet Dinner! Hope to see you there.
Take a look inside to see important upcoming dates!
