 76th Annual Fleming County
Youth Livestock Show & Sale

This year’s Show & Sale will be held on Thursday, September 14th, 2017
at the Fleming County High School Ag Barn.  

Show starts at 8:30 am
Sale begins at 7:00 pm 
Buyers’ dinner at 6:00 pm

 The show will begin with hogs , moving through goats, lambs, and beef animals. 
The Sale will begin with beef, moving through with lambs, goats, and swine.
(The reverse order as the Livestock Show.)

 4-H FFA Livestock Exhibitors 2017


4-H Livestock Exhibitors:

Hog Weigh-in will be on Wednesday September 13th  from 5pm-7pm.
Thursday morning, begins weigh in with Lambs at 7:00 am,
Followed by Goats at 7:30 am and Beef at 8:00 am.
The swine show will begin at 8:30 am with Senior Showmanship.
The day will flow Showmanship – Market Classes in each species, Hogs, Goats, Lambs, Beef.

*You must remain at the FCHS AgBarn until the end of the school day for your school excuse to be valid for the entire day.  Schools will be notified if you are MIA.

*Reminder about Thank You Cards (This was listed in the rules signed by every eligible exhibitor)

  1. NEW FOR 2017: Thank You Cards MUST be completed (written, addressed, and have a stamp) by October 1st, 2017.  If they are not completed and returned to the Extension Office by October 1st there will be a $50.00 charge taken out of sale proceeds.

Attention:  All Fleming Co. 4-H Members or those interesting in Becoming 4-H Members

The Fleming County 4-H Program is accepting the New Year Program Enrollment for all 4-H Members. 

Due to our present 4-H Reporting System, all previous 4-H members’ contact information is not accessible for any past members that includes all In-School Clubs, Dairy Club, Horse Club, Livestock Club, Project Club, Quilting Club and Shooting Sports Club as well as 4-H Camp, County/State Fair and Various Project/Workshops.

If you have participated in any/all 4-H Programs in Fleming County in the past,
you must stop by our office to fill out a 2017-2018 Enrollment Form to receive
full credit and any Activity and Club notifications of upcoming events.

If 4-H interests you, join by enrolling today, our offices are located across the street from
Fleming-Mason Energy at 1384 Elizaville Rd.
